In the UAE, corporate tax (0~9%) will be introduced on June 1, 2023. Net income up to AED375,000 (USD102,000) is exempt from tax! 9% for net income over AED375,000 (USD102,000).
Compared to Japan’s corporate tax rate of 23.2% (as of 2022* excluding the special exception for reduced tax rates for small and medium-sized corporations), this is by far the lowest.

In addition, there is no inhabitant tax, (corporate) enterprise tax, fixed asset tax, business office tax, automobile tax, real estate acquisition tax, personal income tax, or inheritance tax.

2・It is easy to obtain or renew a long-stay visa

Long-term visas of 5 or 10 years are available in the UAE.

Investors can obtain a 5- or 10-year visa.

Investors with assets of 5 million dirhams (about 153 million yen, 1 dirham = about 30.6 yen) or more in the UAE: 5-year residence visa
Investors who have invested more than 10 million dirhams through the establishment of companies, business partnerships, etc. Investors who have invested more than 10 million dirhams in various sectors and real estate investment is less than 40% of the total investment: 10-year residence visa

*All of these assets must be assets owned by the investor, not borrowed, and there must be documentation to prove it, and the assets must have been held for at least 3 years.

Entrepreneurs can obtain a 5-year visa.
